Top Tier Recruitment is now part of Nexus Search

In 2016, Top Tier Recruitment was founded by Paul & Laura Smyth to elevate Financial Services & FinTech recruitment in Ireland.

In it's 10 years, Top Tier became a trusted partner to many loyal clients and grew to become a name synonymous with quality, professionalism and going beyond for our clients and candidates.

​

As the recruitment landscape changed, the move toward Executive Search naturally aligned with these same commitments and, as Nexus Search continues to rapidly grow, aligning Top Tier with this growth is the natural next step.

Paul will remain Managing Partner of Nexus with Laura joining as Head of Research in addition to managing select assignments in Technology and C-Suite minus one for Nexus' clients in FinTech and Financial Services.

This move will achieve a number of goals:

 

1. Expanding our offering in response to client demands yet maintaining our search approach

2. Formalising our in house research offering bringing Laura's over 10 years of experience

3. Continuing to work with client's who we have known intimately for over 20 years in some instances
