He works exclusively with senior leaders in regulated financial services, drawing on first-hand knowledge of the sector, its demands, and the particular pressures that come with operating at leadership level within it.
Coaching engagements are taken on selectively. Executive search through Nexus Search remains Paul's primary focus, and he works with a strictly limited number of coaching clients alongside it. That limited availability is intentional. It is not a pitch.
