How an engaged search works
Nexus Search works on an engaged basis. An engagement fee is paid at the start and credited against the completion fee. That commitment on both sides means a full search of the market, not just whoever happens to be looking this month.

How long it takes
Typically two weeks from engagement to the first profiles. Around three months to contracts signed and notice handed in. Notice periods then follow, typically three months, and six months is common in insurance.
Engaged search, contingent recruitment or advertising?
